We have some excellent bakers in our TWD group, Cathy is our hostess this week. Check her blog for the complete recipe. I made half the recipe and got 8 shortcakes. I put 4 in the freezer to be baked another day. I love putting treats in the freezer, it is like finding hidden treasures. We just finished the last slice of Banana-Coconut Ice Cream Pie, it was delicious!

ReplyDeletePerfection...your shortcake photo is just gorgeous. LOL on finding treasures in the freezer...I have two teenage boys and "treasures" never make it to the freezer! At Christmas when I want to hide cookies for cookie trays, I hide and disguise them in boxes labeled "Chicken Parts" or "Liver and Gizzards" and things like that so they won't eat them....shhhh...don't tell!
