I was asked to make 6 dozen of these yummy treats for a Christmas Party at our church. Six dozen of anything is a big project! They were a delicious melt in your mouth confection. Just don't make 6 dozen--that is a lot of powered sugar rolling.
Can't wait to try the chocolate version--maybe with almonds. Yum!

Aww... you are SO SWEET :)
*I love ya too*
Thanks for baking along with me this week. Your pics look yummy as usual :)
Whew!!! Six dozen, how did you get volunteered for that? I am not sure I would be up for round 2 either. Your pictures are beautiful!
They look like little mounds of happiness. These cookies just melt in your mouth!
They look like they would melt in your mouth too. Delicious!
6 dozen would be a lot. I've gone on mad baking streaks and done that many, but this time I only made 20. They didn't last very long when I took them to work.
Those look perfect. They are so easy to eat more than One!
Yum! Six dozen? You are a good person. ;-) I missed the powdered sugar coating. Maybe I should have tried it.
I love the photo of your army of cookies :) Chocolate with almonds sounds fantastic! I need to try that one, too....
Your puffs are perfectly shaped! And 6 dozen! Wow, what a feat! The cookie dough was easy to put together, but the shaping and rolling in powdered sugar was tedious. Yet, they are worth it as my cookies were totally demolished in one day-almost!
Wow, these were good, but I can see why after making 6 dozen of them you'd had enough. your cookies are very cute.
Your cookies turned out absolutely perfect! I agree that rolling all of them in the powdered sugar gets tedious (but they are worth it, in small quantities!)
These were so good. I should have remembered to hide a few for me because thinking I would get some "later" means I didn't get any but the one I tasted for the post...there is no "later" with food when guys are around! Melt in your mouth goodness. Yours look so perfect. That's a lot of cookies!
